Each weekly soccer training plan offers a different theme and covers the five main parts of a practice session: Warm-Up activity, Stretching program, Soccer Skill activity, Running activity, and a Final FUN game. Each activity is presented in the form of a short video, graphics, and easy to understand diagrams. Most importantly, a coach can access a perfect training session in less than two minutes. All of this can be accessed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone, and used right on the training field.
When you purchase your training plan you are immediately given access to weeks one and two of your training plan. After one week, you are granted access to weeks 3-4, then every two weeks you are given access to two weeks of training plans. You always have at least two weeks to prepare for working with the upcoming training plan or video. From week five of your subscription onwards you can access all eight weeks of programming at any time, just keep your subscription up to date and you can reference any week at any time.
Your first week is always free! After week one you are billed for the first month of your subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly automatically until you cancel.
